1. Introduction

The following terms and conditions govern your use of the Accounting and Business Administration (CPA) platform provided by CPABlu. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, we ask that you do not use our platform.

2. Payments and Billing

2.1. Payments for CPA Platform services will be made in accordance with the terms set forth in each individual contract between CPABlu and the client.

2.2. Standard payment terms are net 15 and net 30, which means that payments must be made within 15 or 30 days, respectively, from the date of issue of the relevant invoice.

23. CPABlu reserves the right to modify payment terms in exceptional circumstances, upon prior notification to the customer.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1. By registering on our platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2. You are not permitted to use our platform for illegal or fraudulent activities, or for any purpose that could damage, disable or overload our technological infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All intellectual property rights in the CPA Platform and its content (including, but not limited to, software, design and information) are the exclusive property of CPABlu or its licensors.

4.2. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification of the content of the CPA Platform is prohibited without the express written consent of CPABlu.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPABlu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

6. Applicable Law

6.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of country or state, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Modifications

7.1. CPABluCompany Name reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications will come into effect immediately upon publication on our platform.
